Alior Mobile offers a secure, fast, and convenient way to access your bank account anytime, anywhere. With this app, you can manage your products, make transfers to bank accounts or phone numbers, make mobile payments both in stores and online, and take advantage of personalized offers. If you don't have an account yet, you can easily create one using the VideoSelfie feature within the application.
Manage Your Finances in the App
- Check your account balance and the last three transactions even before logging in.
- Authorize operations ordered in online banking within the application without requiring an SMS code.
- Choose and manage the benefits of Konto Jakże Osobiste.
- Change your card's PIN.
- Manage transaction limits for your payment cards.
- Open and close deposits.
- Take advantage of quick special offer credits when you need extra cash.
Payments and Transfers
- Scan invoices or QR codes for quick transfers.
- Make payments with the BLIK code, whether in stores or online.
- Perform secure and instant transfers to phone numbers.
- Pay contactlessly using Apple Pay on your phone.
- Withdraw money from ATMs using BLIK codes.
- Top up your phone.
- Purchase public transport tickets and pay for parking lots (moBILET), as well as pay for highway tolls.
Communication
- Enable PUSH, email, or SMS notifications to stay updated on account events.
- Contact the hotline directly from the application without requiring additional verification after logging in.
- Order contact regarding a selected product.
- Send questions, suggestions, or complaints via the message module.
- Activate BIK services and gain access to detailed information about your loans and liabilities.
Security
- Securely log in to the app using your fingerprint, Face ID, or PIN.
- If you lose your payment card, quickly block or unblock it within the application.
The application is available in Polish, English, Russian, and Ukrainian languages.
